Delivering Project Management Support
Our Municipal Partner was seeking a partner with the breadth of experience, flexibility, and capacity to be available during periods of peak workload to undertake responsibility for delivery of partial or complete projects, working seamlessly and efficiently with the City Staff.
We understood that the City was continuing its extensive capital works and facilities maintenance and upgrade program, and aggressive capital program to deliver new infrastructure for its residents and businesses. Major Civic projects to be undertaken over the next 5 years include South Burnaby Arena, Aquatic and Arena Facility and community centres including Confederation Park Community Centre. Many Parks and Cultural Services projects are planned, including significant Library facilities work, and an annual capital spend on infrastructure projects may be as much as $200M per year.
