Surespan has over 45 years of experience building civil infrastructure, from the general contractor’s perspective. One might say that Surespan is a market leader, pioneering the industry and developing the landscape of the heavy civil sector. With decades of work at Federal to municipal levels, working on private sector projects for multi-billion dollar multi-nationals to the local Walmart tilt-up, We have developed what some might describe as contracting and project execution excellence.

As Owner’s Rep, we can fulfill a variety of service requirements, ensuring that appropriate protections are in place, that risks are well identified and limited wherever possible, and that quality is never in question.
